You will help build our culture of being a Trusted Advisor while leading talented teams dedicated to excellence and integrity. You will contribute to shaping Snyder Langston’s future by developing innovative processes and LEAN techniques. Your goal will be to ensure the success of assigned projects by overseeing business administration, technical aspects, project costs, schedules, safety, and client satisfaction. You will lead projects from bid to close-out, ensuring they exceed client expectations. Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the project team to ensure success in costs, schedule, quality, and team development. Negotiating and managing subcontract scope of work and project costs. Overseeing preconstruction and construction efforts, coordinating with stakeholders. Analyzing site and building plans for constructability and logistics. Preparing and monitoring construction schedules. Maintaining relationships with owners and ensuring contract requirements are met. Developing detailed logistics plans with relevant teams. Qualifications:
Ability to work in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Management, or equivalent experience (minimum 10 years in field construction or project management).
