Overview The Events & Marketing Project Manager will oversee customer-facing event activities to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and tracking multiple events such as tradeshows, speaking opportunities, awards, sponsorships, and other engagements throughout the year. Responsibilities Manage planning and execution of global events to promote AIT’s brands to customers, partners, recruits, and industry professionals. Implement strategies to maximize brand presence at events, including milestone achievements. Ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement across all activities. Maintain engagement with internal teams and negotiate space agreements. Utilize project management skills to track events, manage timelines, and measure success metrics. Maintain an organized event calendar and coordinate with marketing teammates. Perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies. The salary range for this position is $83,700 - $120,500, varying by location and experience. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Required) 5+ years in event planning, marketing, or project management, with experience managing large-scale events (Required) Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Understanding of branding options, vendor management, and event execution logistics. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and project management tools like Asana and SharePoint.
