Role Summary The B2B Channel Marketing Manager is a pivotal growth role at Valutek, responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive growth through our North American channel partners and target end-use customers. This role requires a strategic and creative B2B marketer who can translate distributor and end-use customer insights into impactful campaigns, commercialize new innovation with impact, and empower distributor sellers with the tools, training, and resources required to grow Valutek branded sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive channel marketing plan to drive growth with strategic North American cleanroom channel partners. Launch and manage promotional campaigns that increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and motivate distributor sales professionals to support the Valutek brand. Collaborate with Sales and Business Leadership to define customer opportunities and remove barriers to change at the end-use customer level. Create sales collateral, email campaigns, training content, and demo tools that help distributor sales professionals understand, present, and sell Valutek products with confidence. Partner with distributors to train seller teams and drive brand engagement across their selling channels. Manage and track usage of tools and campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve. Translate voice-of-customer (VOC) insights into compelling product positioning and messaging for distribution and targeted end-user markets. Support product launch planning with clear, relevant, and simple sales tools and campaign assets. Lead new product introductions and develop lifecycle management plans, including cross-functional launch playbooks and distributor onboarding toolkits. 4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct periodic market research to understand target customer requirements, analyze competitors, and identify emerging market opportunities. Use data-driven insights to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. 5. Event Thought Leadership Organize and lead major events, including trade shows and distributor sales meetings, to strengthen channel relationships and brand visibility. Represent Valutek as a thought leader as required at industry events and trade conferences. Core Qualifications and Skills 5+ years of related B2B Marketing experience , including brand/product management, product commercialization, and worked with manufacturing and/or industrial channel distribution. Demonstrated experience with CRM and digital marketing platforms

(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite). Proven success in launching new innovation

into technical markets and product management skills (e.g., cleanroom, advanced manufacturing consumables). Exceptional communication and presentation skills , with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, both virtually and face to face. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills , with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset and technical proficiency

- capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions. Preferred Qualifications Industrial Channel or Product Management marketing experience in related industrial, cleanroom, or regulated technical products. Experience with e-commerce marketing programs, distributor site integrations, and platforms including Amazon Business or Shopify. Knowledge of global cleanroom markets and international regulatory environments is a differentiator. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent professional experience will be highly valued.
