Job Description
Client is a supercenter chain throughout the Midwest with corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They are looking for a Digital Program Manager to add to their Digital / E-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone with successful Program Management experience in delivering program-level initiatives, not just managing PMs or PMOs. Scrum Master and Scaled Agile or SAFe experience are required as this role will collaborate closely with the Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment. The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Digital Roadmap and will operate as a strategic layer to manage prioritization, cross-team collaboration (internal and external), dependencies, resource planning, risk management, gap analysis, governance, reporting to senior leadership, and future planning. Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of project leadership experience 2+ years experience as a Program Manager 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master 1+ years experience with Scaled Agile / SAFe 3+ years of experience in a retail or digital environment with E-commerce Strong communication, leadership, analysis, and problem-solving skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and staff at all levels Advanced skills in Azure DevOps (VSTS), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently Nice to Have
