GPU IP and hardware engineer with management experience Job Description Role and Responsibilities Join our Graphics Hardware Program Management team to develop project plans supporting hardware IP development programs, including post-silicon and commercialization programs for the Mobile market. Contribute to the successful delivery of a full line of GPU solutions. Organize and lead cross-functional team meetings to develop project schedules, resource plans, functional team key performance metrics, and overall project plans of records. Identify and drive the resolution of program issues and conflicts among different engineering groups using effective communication and influencing skills. Troubleshoot program issues and help develop alternative program tasks, schedules, milestones, resource plans, processes, etc. Determine risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate information on key systems team and/or GPU IP program development to key internal and external stakeholders. Challenge conventional mindsets and take an active role in innovating and improving current program management metrics and processes. Drive the implementation of best practices in project management to streamline the graphics system team deliverables. Develop top-quality presentations that are concise and engaging, showcasing exceptional communication and leadership presence. Participate in functional team reviews and coordinate or assure compliance with department checklists and procedures. Gather information from engineering teams across the organization in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high organization and trust. Requirements

5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, or 3 years of experience with a Master’s Degree, or 2 years of experience with a PhD. 2 years of experience in a technical program/project management role. Hands-on technical expertise preferably in developing hardware platforms with leading CAD vendors. Experience working with Linux/Unix environment, especially dealing with file transfer. Experience with ASIC design, silicon validation, and IP development process. Familiarity with standard software development methodologies including source control (Git, Perforce, etc.). Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.). Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Experience with project schedule and resource management tools, advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
