The Enterprise Cyber Risk Analyst plays a key role in implementing the Cyber Risk Management Framework, focusing on protecting assets, ensuring compliance, and fostering a risk-aware culture. The role requires knowledge of information security best practices and involves supporting risk identification, analysis, and mitigation activities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and classify cyber risks continuously, analyze their impact and likelihood, and assist in mitigation strategies. Review and update risk management policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Utilize risk assessment tools, report findings to stakeholders, and maintain relationships across the organization. Participate in projects to recommend risk reduction measures and share best practices organization-wide. Qualifications: Education:

Required: High School Diploma; Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant IT field. Certifications:

Required: One relevant InfoSec certification or ability to obtain within one year; Preferred: ITIL v3 and multiple InfoSec certifications. Experience:

Required: 6+ years in cybersecurity/IT roles; Preferred: 8+ years. Degree may substitute for experience. Knowledge/Skills:

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards (NIST, ISO), laws, and technical controls. Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills. Ability to perform risk assessments and interpret complex data. Work Conditions:

Normal office environment with occasional overtime and on-call support. Physical Demands:
