Job Summary This full-time position reports to the Associate Director, Manufacturing Support. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be a key member of the Manufacturing Support team, working independently and collaboratively to manage receipt and inventory of raw materials, consumables, cell banks, drug substances, etc., in a cGMP-compliant warehouse. Responsibilities include overseeing warehouse operations, coaching, mentoring, and providing leadership to ensure compliance with cGMP standards.

Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of staff. Oversee cGMP and non-cGMP receipt activities for raw materials, consumables, cell banks, and equipment, ensuring adherence to SOPs. Manage inventory using electronic systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate transfer of materials between on-site and off-site warehouses. Maintain inspection-ready condition of warehouse and receiving areas. Develop, review, and approve SOPs related to warehouse and inventory management. Complete change control documentation and investigate deviations. Serve as SME for equipment and procedures, participate in audits and inspections. Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure staff are trained on SOPs, equipment, and operations. Manage staffing schedules and team performance. Support cross-functional teams and organizational policies. Work shifts, including holidays and weekends, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 7 years’ experience in cGMP warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain. Supervisory experience is required. Proficiency with ERP inventory management systems. Strong understanding of cGMP regulations related to warehousing and inventory. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Organizational skills and ability to manage own workload. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles. Technical problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Over 10 years of combined experience in cGMP warehousing and logistics. Experience with SAP IM & WM modules. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience managing cGMP and non-cGMP shipments, including imports/exports. Physical Requirements Ability to work in office and lab environments, including handling biohazards and chemicals. Wearing PPE as required. Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift/push/pull 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions. Climb ladders, stairs, and work in variable temperatures and outdoor settings.
