Senior Marine Structural Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Marine Structural Project Manager for the New York/New Jersey area. This role involves leading marine and coastal engineering projects, providing engineering, inspection, and permitting leadership, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marine, coastal, and waterfront structural and geotechnical projects, including inspection, design, rehabilitation, permitting, and construction oversight of infrastructure such as bulkheads, piers, marine terminals, and related structures. Responsibilities
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC processes for marine and coastal projects Support multi-disciplinary design projects, focusing on critical design and permitting elements Supervise and mentor staff, overseeing resource allocation Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and agencies, providing technical support Develop new business and assist with project proposals Serve as a technical expert for clients and internal teams Participate in marketing and business development activities Minimum Qualifications
BSc or MSc in civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, or coastal engineering At least 8 years of relevant marine and coastal experience Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license Excellent communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite We are an equal opportunity employer.
