include patent preparation and prosecution, due diligence, and providing strategic IP counsel. Candidates should have two to four years of relevant experience, a degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or computer science engineering, be admitted in good standing to a state Bar where Nelson Mullins has an office, and be registered with the USPTO. Application process : All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript. Compensation : Pay is determined based on experience, skills, and location. The salary range in Minnesota is $210,000 - $245,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
