The

Homebuilder Lending / Relationship Manager

is responsible for sourcing, originating, and managing relationships with homebuilders, developers, and landowners. Responsibilities include identifying loan opportunities, preliminary underwriting, and negotiating terms aligned with company strategy. The role initially focuses on the West Coast, particularly Arizona, with potential regional expansion. Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Origination:

Cultivate relationships, source land, A&D, and construction loan opportunities, and maintain industry network presence. Initial Screening & Evaluation:

Perform preliminary underwriting and coordinate with credit teams. Deal Structuring & Execution:

Negotiate terms, develop investment memos, and act as liaison during due diligence and closing. Market Strategy & Intelligence:

Monitor market trends and provide underwriting feedback. Pipeline & CRM Management:

Track activity and report metrics to leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field (preferred). Experience in real estate finance, lending, or business development, especially in homebuilding. Strong networking, analytical, negotiation skills, and market knowledge. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel as needed. EEO Statement
