to join the

Kenosha, WI. Indigo-Clean is a continuous, environmental disinfection solution which uses safe, visible light to reduce the transmission of disease in healthcare settings. Launched in 2015, the technology has been adopted at numerous hospitals across the US and has numerous laboratory and clinical studies to validate its performance. The Director of Clinical Affairs will be responsible for generating scientific and testimonial evidence to drive expansion of Indigo-Clean across North America. This individual will hold accountability for all performance claims of the product and communicating those claims to the public. In addition, the Director of Clinical Affairs will also take on responsibility for product marketing and sales support consistent with approved clinical claims. Key Responsibilities:
Initiate, design, lead, and/or perform scientific research in laboratory or clinical settings to demonstrate the performance of Indigo-Clean in those applications through hospitals, universities or contract research associations. Oversee development of marketing collateral to ensure that the key benefits of the product are properly represented in accordance with approved performance claims. Interface with medical professionals to understand their infection prevention needs and translate them into new products. Support marketing activities with content creation and trade show preparation. Perform customer presentations to support sales activities. Interface with the lighting community to communicate the medical performance of the product and support sales by speaking at trade shows, webinars, industry articles, etc. Qualifications
Qualifications, Experience, & Requirements: Master of Science in Physics, Biology, or equivalent, Ph.D. preferred. 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role. 3+ peer-reviewed, scientific publications with at least 2 as the lead author. Experience commercializing scientific research. Proven success leading and managing research projects with 3rd party resources. Knowledge of infection prevention in US healthcare settings. Marketing experience including upstream/downstream product management. Sales support experience including customer presentations. Knowledge of solid-state lighting preferred.
