Help find great talent with the experience and potential to make a difference for our customers and drive our business forward. Demonstrate our belief that people are our most important asset. The people you bring will become part of our community of talented, driven individuals who make Verizon a great place to work. Partner with managers to clarify the talent need and define success. Source candidates through new and innovative channels in a competitive market. Identify and present the best candidates for consideration. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to making a successful offer. Ensure compliance with our recruitment standards and processes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of relevant work or military experience. At least three years of experience in recruiting or related fields. Experience with interviewing and hiring processes. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Preferred: recruiting experience, leadership skills, sourcing top talent, agency or executive search background, influencing, consulting, and negotiation skills. Additional Information
This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote work and at least eight office days per month. Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $77,500 to $127,000 depending on location and experience. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), stock options, paid holidays, personal days, parental leave, tuition assistance, and more. Job Details
