ABOUT US

At Okland, we exist to create remarkable experiences — not just through the projects we deliver, but in the way we show up for our clients, partners, and each other every day. We believe that how we build is just as important as what we build, and our purpose is rooted in people. Whether it's a trusted partner we’ve worked with for decades or a new team member stepping onto their first jobsite, we approach every relationship with care, clarity, and commitment.

We’re a commercial general contractor and construction management company with more than 1,200 team members and a track record of delivering some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the country — from semiconductor and healthcare facilities to professional sports venues and high-end hospitality.

Founded in 1918 in Salt Lake City, we’ve grown steadily for over a century — now with offices in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho — and we’re entering one of the most exciting chapters in our company’s history. We’re building more than projects. We’re building careers, capabilities, and momentum for the future. And we’re looking for passionate, driven people who want to be part of it.

About This Opportunity

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction? Join Okland Construction to lead high-impact healthcare projects that demand precision, collaboration, and excellence. You’ll work with visionary clients and innovative design teams, helping deliver complex facilities that improve lives. If you have a strong track record in healthcare construction and are motivated to elevate the building process through collaboration and problem-solving, and if you’re ready to grow your career in a values-driven environment where relationships matter, we want to talk with you!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with exceptional quality and safety. Build trusted relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners to maintain alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage RFIs, ASIs, CCDs, submittals, permits, change orders, and closeout documentation with a proactive and organized approach. Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules (Primavera P6) in collaboration with superintendents and schedulers. Collaborate closely with field teams to support seamless execution of work, including coordination of long-lead procurement and self-perform operations. Oversee subcontractor management from buyout through project completion, including scope development, coordination, and performance tracking. Mentor and develop project engineers and junior team members through ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. Coordinate with estimating and accounting teams to manage project budgets, forecasts, billing, and cost controls. Represent Okland in OAC meetings and internal project reviews, ensuring all project stakeholders are informed and aligned. Support preconstruction efforts, project pursuits, and business development by contributing your expertise and insights.
