Our strategic alliance is a professional collaboration between two great financial firms. It allows clients to benefit from Comerica Bank - Trust, N.A.'s trust administration capabilities and the services of their Financial Advisors, delivered through a customized, service-driven model.
The Trust Advisor I is responsible for serving as a relationship manager for a book of business, providing insights into specific trust documents and estate planning. This role involves business development efforts to help achieve the division's annual net new business goals.

Successful incumbents possess effective communication, problem-solving skills, appropriate technical and functional expertise, the ability to multitask, meet service standards, and focus on customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities
Manage routine accounts in accordance with governing documents, applicable law, and client needs. Review, analyze, and interpret documents; evaluate accounts for completeness; monitor transactions; respond to correspondence and client requests ensuring compliance. Collaborate with managers to resolve issues such as special distributions, fees, or disputes raised by clients or beneficiaries. Oversee account openings and closures, ensure proper documentation, asset transfer, tax characterization, and coordinate tax reporting with CPAs and advisors. Provide comprehensive wealth planning advice to clients and participate in projects to improve service delivery efficiency. Develop new business opportunities through partnerships and referrals from centers of influence.
