Duties
Manage day-to-day handling of pre-suit and litigation files. Train and oversee support staff as needed. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients. Investigate claims, gather evidence, and document injuries. Calculate damages and interview witnesses. Review medical documents and represent clients at trial. Counsel clients throughout the claims process. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Florida. Skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and develop support staff.
