Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (On-site) Position Type:
Full-Time, Direct Hire, Internal Corporate Recruiter (Not agency) Compensation:

Outstanding medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and more What You’ll Do: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to onboarding Partner with hiring managers to define needs and build strategic sourcing plans Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, job boards, referrals, and social media Review resumes, assess skills, and screen for cultural fit Coordinate interviews, deliver hiring insights, and ensure a smooth candidate experience Draft and negotiate offers in partnership with leadership and HR Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Candidate Requirements & Education: Requirements: 3 – 7 + years of
Corporate in-house recruiting
experience Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and platforms. Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter with success in sourcing and attracting talent in various capacities & roles. Proactive, with a keen eye for market trends and a commitment to securing top talent quickly & effectively. Experience using ATS & platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field) Malone is an equal opportunity employer Seniority level
