What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices - Lead customer design workshops and guide documentation for technical aspects of solutions - Develop integration and portal components while ensuring quality deliverables - Support process definition and improvement efforts with key customer stakeholders - Provide training and mentoring to other team members and partners as needed

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow - At least 5+ years of experience in complex HR, Legal, Workplace/Facilities, and Finance/Supply Chain technologies - Relevant ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator and Solution-Specific Implementation Specialist - Strong understanding of web technologies and SaaS technologies - Proven ability to influence and consult with stakeholders while solving technical problems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making - Familiarity with leading HR, Legal, and Workplace/Facilities systems such as Workday or SAP - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude - Background in middleware, LDAP, SSO, and other related technologies
