General Corporate and Business attorney

Job Overview: A reputable mid-sized law firm in Wisconsin is actively seeking a Corporate & Business Attorney to support its growing client base. The position focuses on providing comprehensive legal services to both public and private sector clients across a range of general corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in entity formation, contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and general business advisory services. A background in banking or finance is beneficial but not required.
