Technical/Functional Skills Expert in enterprise CMS platforms (architecture, content modeling, workflow management, user permissions, and integration capabilities). Proven experience establishing and optimizing in-house CMS operations. This implies a deep understanding of the underlying infrastructure, performance tuning, and best practices for managing a CMS environment. Ability to implement UI/UX and platform improvements within a CMS. Experience with CMS platform migration projects. This includes understanding data migration strategies, integration with other systems, and ensuring data integrity and functionality during and after migration. Experience managing Azure services relevant to web operations Managing and utilizing various Azure services relevant to web operations (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure DNS, Azure Storage). Knowledge of Domain Name System (DNS) management: Understanding DNS records, propagation, and best practices for managing domain names. Experience with SSL certificate management: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SSL certificates to ensure website security. Experience with SSL certificate management. Familiarity with URL mapping and redirection strategies: Implementing and managing URL structures for SEO and site maintenance. Experience with web analytics platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics. This includes understanding data collection, reporting, segmentation, and deriving actionable insights. Proficiency in web analytics platforms, especially Adobe Analytics. Ability to integrate and enhance analytics reporting during migrations. Understanding of release certification protocols. This implies knowledge of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and ensuring adherence to defined standards before deployment. Experience with Microsoft Rewards Marketing Programs or any project on Loyalty marketing in Microsoft is a plus Experience working with external development agencies. Solid understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Proven ability to plan and execute complex projects under tight deadlines. Experience scaling business initiatives through systematic processes. Strong focus on maximizing operational efficiency. Experience implementing UI/UX and platform improvements for efficiency. Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical). Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Understanding of compliance goals and performance benchmarks. Ability to enforce protocols and work with pol icy experts on compliance. Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and optimize established CMS operation, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance functionality, user experience, and overall efficiency. Implement and maintain systematic intake and reporting processes across the business, providing clear visibility into web operations and campaign performance. Drive operational efficiency through the implementation of UI/UX and platform improvements. Plan, execute, and manage platform migrations, ensuring seamless transitions with functional alignment and enhanced integrations, such as Adobe Analytics reporting, while adhering to strict deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Manage the end-to-end release process for 20+ custom web campaigns, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and performance benchmarks through rigorous release certification protocols in collaboration with external development agencies and internal policy experts. Own and manage a portfolio of critical self-serve platform services, including Azure services, Domain/DNS registration, SSL certificate management, and URL mapping, to significantly reduce operational lead times for web projects. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, analytics, and legal/compliance, to understand their needs and deliver solutions that maximize stakeholder satisfaction and campaign impact. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to web operations, campaign efficiency, and platform performance. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Manage relationships with external development agencies and other relevant vendors, ensuring adherence to service agreements and quality standards. Keep abreast of the latest web technologies, CMS trends, and industry's best practices to ensure web operations remain cutting-edge and efficient.
