Role Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, the Territory Manager is responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures, including Customers, Operations, Store profitability, and management and development of staff.

What you'll need:
Experience:
2 years' of customer service, sales and management experience
Education:
High School Diploma
Analytics/Computer Skills:
Prior experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Organization Skills:
Excellent organizational, ability to multi-tasking and shift priorities as needed
Cross-functional skills:
Works well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; excellent negotiating skills; excellent presentation skills to influence, strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Leadership:
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Physical, Mental and Visual Skills:
