Our Client, an EV Manufacturing company, is looking for a
Marketing Specialist 3
for their Newark, CA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the company's online presence, drive digital marketing initiatives, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Define, build, and manage the end-to-end execution of a comprehensive CRO strategy for each stage of the user journey: awareness, consideration, intent, and conversion. Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, IT, Creative, and Product teams to optimize landing pages, user flows, and product pages to increase engagement and accelerate decision-making. Analyze page performance and user behavior to generate data-driven hypotheses for customer journey optimization. Develop and manage a dynamic experimentation roadmap for performance improvement, aligned with short-term wins and strategic goals. Implement web optimization and experimentation processes to enhance team productivity. Stay updated on trends in CRO, digital marketing, and user experience best practices. Requirements:
4-8 years of experience in CRO, UX strategy, or digital marketing. Proven track record of using data to inform strategies, with experience in tools like CMS (e.g., Contentful), A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau). Experience leading hypothesis-driven A/B testing, including experiment design, execution, and analysis. Understanding of behavioral psychology, UX methodologies, and funnel optimization tactics. Ability to interpret test results and translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of integrating CRO with SEO, paid media, and content marketing. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. HTML and CSS experience; Java experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership and influencing stakeholders. Knowledge of front-end development and Contentful is a plus. Experience in fast-paced environments like SaaS, e-commerce, or DTC. Experience in reducing checkout abandonment or increasing lead conversions.
