Talent Acquisition Manager (Engineering)
The TA Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment services for some of Celestica’s most exciting engineering focused hiring ramps/initiatives. This hands-on role will involve direct involvement in building talent pipelines, streamlining recruitment processes, and partnering with people leaders to ensure the organization attracts top-tier talent. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor recruiters, improve stakeholder engagement, and continuously evolve hiring processes to stay ahead in competitive markets.
This position is an individual contributor role and may have direct reports in the future.
This is a US/Canada based remote position.

Roles/Responsibilities
Recruits and attracts top engineering talent to Celestica in North America Using data-driven insights, you’ll shape innovative sourcing strategies and develop action plans to address hard-to-fill roles. Champions talent acquisition efforts up to leadership/executive hires Utilize generative AI recruiting technologies along with creative and non-traditional recruiting methods, such as partnerships with industry organizations, recruitment events, and talent communities. Leverages industry leading talent analytics and market data tools to inform strategy, evaluate effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Executes our comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the site's business goals. Builds and maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs, utilizing innovative sourcing and engagement strategies Serve as a thought leader by introducing cutting-edge talent acquisition practices, including leveraging technology, and enhanced candidate engagement platforms. Collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to understand talent needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. Provides expert consultation and guidance on talent acquisition best practices, policies, and procedures. Ensures alignment with global resourcing strategies, goals, and standards, contributing to a cohesive global talent acquisition function. Provides leadership and guidance to junior talent acquisition staff, fostering a high-performing and engaged team. Leads and supports change initiatives related to talent acquisition processes, technology, and strategy. Acts as the functional expert and consultant to both HR and hiring managers in the region on all resourcing initiatives which impact Celestica's ability to attract and retain high caliber employees. Encourage knowledge-sharing, innovation, and a learning mindset within the team. Cultivates a strong employer brand that resonates with top talent and positions Celestica as an employer of choice. Requirements/Knowledge Needed
You will be a top candidate if you have: Expertise sourcing/recruiting top engineering talent (SW, HW, etc) Electronic Manufacturing Services and/or similar industry experience i.e. Aerospace, AI/cloud, HealthTech, Medical device, other areas within engineering world, etc Experience managing or leading a team of recruiters is preferred Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies for fill hard to fill and niche engineering positions Experience with SuccessFactors, Gem, LinkedIn Talent Insight is preferred This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
