Criminal Defense Attorney

Duties: Represent clients in criminal defense cases, managing a caseload from start to finish. Develop and execute case strategies to ensure the most favorable outcomes for clients. Handle all aspects of criminal defense litigation, including pre-trial motions, hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and expert legal advice. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient case management. Stay up-to-date with changes in criminal law and legal procedures to ensure compliance and effective representation. Requirements: Previous experience in Texas criminal law is preferred. Active license to practice law in the state of Texas. Demonstrated experience in criminal defense litigation, with the ability to handle complex cases. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills: Expertise in criminal defense law and legal procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
