Experience/Skills:
Experience with ADDIE and all learning modality tools to help build training for Med Devices and SAT. Graphic design and illustration experience is a must. I am looking for a very experienced instructional designer/learning strategist who has expertise with illustration, graphic design, and all learning modalities.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess the needs of the organization.
Design effective intervention strategies that improve individual and organizational performance.
Establish standards for training and performance assessment.
Conduct education needs assessment.
Develop curricula.
Consult and apply advanced instructional design.
Plan and design education/training material.
Train instructors.
Evaluate all aspects of entity training.
Assess the impact of training on job performance.
Facilitate team interventions.
Participate in internal audits.
Introduce new training ideas into the organization, adapt new ideas, and convert them into approaches that meet training/regulatory challenges.
Lead projects, identify scope and outcomes, motivate participants, and lead projects to conclusion. May oversee other instructors and their work.
Work with supervisors/managers to develop plans, timetables, and contingencies for performance improvement intervention.
Participate in benchmarking and evaluate training effectiveness.
Establish measurement and evaluation designs and develop assessment instruments.
Possible light management, team lead.
Education:
BA/BS required.
Experience:
5+ years of training/instructional design or related experience, preferably in healthcare or other regulated fields.
