Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the Practice Manager manages business functions, supports teams, and partners with the MDVM to ensure practice success, profitability, growth, and legacy preservation. Key focus areas include Practice Operations, HR, Marketing, Strategic Planning, and IT Management. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and team development skills. Core Competencies Includes business acumen, client service, organization, learning, motivation, analysis, problem-solving, adaptability, change management, coaching, and collaboration. Responsibilities Manage financial performance, expenses, inventory, pricing, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure compliance, environment cleanliness, staff scheduling, vendor relations, payroll, and accounts payable. Collaborate on marketing, staffing, stakeholder relationships, and practice improvement. Support team development, compliance, and performance evaluations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Full-time, on-site role requiring weekend work. 5+ years multi-site veterinary management. High school diploma required; degree or certification preferred. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, knowledge of OSHA, computer skills, and excellent communication and client service skills.
