What You'll Do: Own the day-to-day operations of Labor & Delivery Drive performance, patient safety, and quality benchmarks Lead and mentor clinical teams through growth and change Partner across departments to ensure seamless OB care Represent a hospital culture built around clinical excellence What Youll Bring: At least 1 full year as a

Nurse Manager

in the past 3 years (ANMs with 2+ years will also be considered) Minimum 2 years acute care

L&D leadership
