SilverTech, a digital experience agency, is seeking a Media Manager to lead paid media and PPC campaigns across platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta, Spotify, and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads (especially Search), is comfortable analyzing data, and confident presenting results to clients. Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager is a plus. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of industries in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
What You'll Do Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns — including search, social, and programmatic — from start to finish. Plan budgets, research keywords, write ad copy, and set up conversion tracking to ensure high-performing campaigns that deliver results. Analyze performance data and share insights with clients and internal teams through clear, compelling reports and presentations. Build strong relationships with clients by delivering strategic recommendations, proactive optimizations, and excellent communication. Identify growth opportunities by recommending new channels, tactics, or services that align with client goals. Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, and account management to support broader digital strategies. Stay current on trends in digital media and bring fresh ideas to the table. Have a working knowledge of related digital marketing strategies like SEO, content marketing, and website optimization.
