Practice Manager

The Practice Manager is responsible for supervising and managing physician services for assigned practices. Under the general supervision of the Director, Service Line Practices, this individual directs, coordinates, and integrates practice resources and activities to meet the goals of the service line. The Practice Manager understands both long-term and short-term organizational goals and remains focused on achieving objectives and standards. They work in partnership with physician leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (JCAHO, NCBON, CMS, DHHS), enhance operations, and promote physician participation and integration into the practice. The role requires understanding organizational needs and supporting the mission, values, and management of WakeMed Physician Practices.
