Associate Director - Accounting & Finance Operations
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our client's legal team. This role will support various corporate legal functions, including contract review and management, compliance support, document management, and ownership of legal software tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in-house and be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in ensuring efficient legal operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide contract support, including reviewing, drafting, and managing a wide range of agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts, etc.). Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, assisting in the preparation of reports, filings, and responses to internal or external audits. Oversee document management, maintaining organized and up-to-date legal records and files. Serve as the primary owner of legal software tools, managing system updates, user access, and ensuring efficient usage across the legal team. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as needed on various legal matters. Conduct legal research and support various corporate governance initiatives. Provide legal billing support as needed. Qualifications: 5+ years of paralegal experience Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, contract management, and corporate compliance. Proficient in legal software tools and document management systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems. Experience supporting compliance and corporate governance efforts. Seniority level
