Litigation Paralegal
to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and will be responsible for supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and motions Manage case files from inception through trial Conduct legal research and summarize medical records and deposition transcripts Coordinate and schedule depositions, IMEs, hearings, and court appearances Maintain and organize case calendars and deadlines Communicate with clients, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on
personal injury Familiarity with New York court procedures and e-filing systems (NYSCEF, PACER) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
