The candidate will support
High Voltage Power Inverter
development & validation methods, focusing on PowerHIL and dynamometer test integration. Responsibilities include authoring and publishing technical documents such as SOPs and validation specifications, reviewing performance and durability requirements, providing expertise during DFMEA and DRBTR activities, and aligning virtual engineering efforts. The candidate will also monitor field performance of Stellantis High Voltage Power Inverters, mentor team members, analyze engineering data, and manage testing and procurement activities. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field 3 years of relevant experience Fluency in English, both written and verbal Strong technical report writing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, or SharePoint Knowledge of DVP&R, DRBTR, and DFMEA processes Understanding of High Voltage Power Electronics and devices, particularly High Voltage Power Inverters Availability for full-time, on-site work at the Auburn Hills, MI location Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Engineering 5+ years of relevant professional experience Experience with DVP&R activities for High Voltage Power Electronics, especially Power Inverter Modules Experience authoring and managing technical specifications Design Release Engineering experience End-of-Line definition experience Automotive industry experience Familiarity with laboratory test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, hi-pot testers, high voltage power supplies, coolant systems, electric motor dynamometers, ETAS data acquisition systems Experience with high voltage electric motor emulators
