Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Project Manager to support our Southeast Region in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for supporting ongoing projects with the ability to manage FDOT PD&E studies and related transportation planning projects throughout the state. Applicants must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, or a similar discipline. What you’ll be doing : Developing and delivering work tasks for transportation projects and studies, including FDOT PD&E / NEPA documents, data collection, research, existing conditions analysis, and documentation. Coordinating tasks required to complete multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule. Preparing, editing, and producing technical reports. Participating in stakeholder and public involvement activities related to transportation projects. Engaging in business development activities, including client marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations for FDOT PD&E studies and related projects. What you need to have : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, or similar discipline. 10-15 years of FDOT PD&E and related experience. Florida PE and/or AICP certification preferred. Experience with GIS, MicroStation, and MS Project is a plus. Excellent communication skills are a plus. Ability to travel and work required hours to perform job responsibilities. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Valid driver’s license. Satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR).
