Project Manager:

The Project Manager-Industrial Water/Wastewater is responsible for the financial organization and tracking of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Increase the company’s efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of industrial electrical projects Prepare permits, project schedule, PO buyouts, project strategy, submittals, shop drawings, budget and schedule of values for project start up Maintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billing Maintain project organization and tracking to include subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other trades Execute project close out including preparation of O & M manuals, warranty documents, and receiving all spare parts Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial – Water / Wastewater Can manage project contact size of $12 Million and greater Ability to run up to 5 projects at a time Can lead, train, and supervise Project Managers and Project Engineers Have project controls/coordination experience Have been exposed to industrial waste water electrical project work Possess excellent computer skills that include MS Office and Accubid Demonstrate excellent quantitative and analytical skills Have a basic understanding of the electrical industry, particularly waste water industrial work Utilize an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills Possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
