Your impact We work to create thriving communities and healthy cities. As a Highway Design Engineering Professional/Assistant Project Manager, you'll work on infrastructure projects utilizing software like Civil 3D, Synchro, and ArcGIS. You'll solve complex engineering problems, guide others, and assist with project management deliverables. You'll work with top engineers and project managers, gaining experience and directly engaging with clients.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
Experience with highway design projects
ConnDOT project experience
Preferred skills
AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
Synchro experience
Salary and benefits The salary range is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00, determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), stock options, paid time off, holidays, and potential bonuses.
