Opportunity Overview This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are agile, flexible, and passionate about Rhythm's mission and vision. In Stage 1, you will provide disease education on acquired Hypothalamic Obesity (HO) to a targeted physician community. In Stage 2, upon potential expansion of product indications, you will transition to a Territory Manager role overseeing all approved indications. Initially, this position reports to the National Director, ADMs, and later to a U.S. Field Sales Director. Responsibilities and Duties Execute disease education to target healthcare professionals (HCPs) aligned with company priorities. Build and maintain relationships with experts and specialists in your territory, delivering clinically focused messages. Collaborate with field stakeholders to address customer needs related to Rhythm’s genetic testing program. Work with marketing teams to develop supporting collateral and participate in educational webinars. Lead initiatives at industry congresses, regional meetings, and medical conferences. Accurately record and report data in CRM systems. Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and meet annual objectives. Utilize the allocated budget effectively to support strategic goals. Complete all corporate and administrative responsibilities efficiently, including compliance training and expense reporting. Qualifications and Skills BS/BA in science or business preferred. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in specialty pharmaceutical or biotech sales. Experience with rare diseases and product launches is highly preferred. Proven performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments. Ability to communicate scientific data effectively to varied audiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with active listening capabilities. Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable to fast-paced environments. Strong collaboration and accountability skills. Critical thinking with a solution-oriented approach. Organizational skills with attention to detail and sound judgment. Understanding of healthcare regulatory environments. Willing and able to travel up to 80% as needed. This is a field-based role. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently.
