Assist during support hours (8AM to 5PM Central Time) and off-hours for emergencies. Manage incidents, service requests, problem records, change requests within SLA. Respond to alerts within SLA. Estimate effort for tasks and change orders. Identify root causes of technical issues in production. Develop code updates for defects. Provide detailed client information as needed. Follow production support best practices. Handle night alerts in shifts. Participate in internal reviews and client calls. Demonstrate good delegation and time management skills. Apply strong problem-solving skills. Maintain good verbal and written communication skills. Shift:
