Director, Mission Strategy
to lead a Space Superiority portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and driving portfolio strategy by understanding mission needs and connecting user requirements with Kratos capability. Key Skills: Space Superiority, Leadership Required Experience: Deep understanding of Space Superiority mission needs and programs Ability to understand and articulate technical requirements and capabilities Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams Experience managing complex projects in the national security space sector Demonstrated success navigating US Government acquisition processes 15 years of operational experience specializing in space operations and engineering Bachelor of Science in engineering or related technical field Active TS/SCI clearance required Preferred Skills and Experience: Master of Science in engineering or related technical field #LI-Onsite Compensation:
The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Competitive salary based on experience and education
