Events Data & Insights Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate provides data planning management and dashboard reporting services to support Global Customer Events and stakeholders for the client. You’ll have a data-driven mindset, an orientation toward visualization and attention to detail. This salaried position includes benefits and is a remote worker role for candidates located in the U.S. What you will be doing: Data Planning Develop and execute custom data collection strategies for Global Customer Events portfolio (third-party, proprietary, CXO) while adhering to Global Customer Events and client’s data, measurement, and privacy standards. Key Responsibilities: Research and evaluate event data and technology for quality, privacy compliance and other risk; align data plan accordingly. Design and document strategies to capture behavioral and lead data in collaboration with event teams. Ensure event data meets processing requirements for uploads and sharing, including badge scans and survey data. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related challenges in coordination with the Data Team lead. Manage deliverables, liaise with vendors for device programming, and coordinate demand intake with VDC and BU teams. Educate and train event team and onsite staff on data collection strategies. Process data to support post-event activities (nurture journeys, lead follow-up, etc.). Monitor dashboards for data errors and resolve promptly. Update documentation with process improvements and best practices. Visualizations: Develop and maintain performance dashboards and custom visualizations for the Global Customer Events portfolio, aligning with business and measurement requirements. Key Responsibilities: Create dashboards and visualizations to track key event and marketing metrics. Coordinate dashboard development and updates with the Data Team lead and stakeholders, providing recommendations. Maintain expertise in Global Customer Events measurement requirements, including key metrics, definitions, and calculations. Utilize new and familiar tools to produce standardized and custom reports/visualizations. What you bring: Detail-Oriented Process-Oriented Approach : Experience or skills in managing projects (certification not required). Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools : Tableau expertise

(Required) Programming Knowledge (Preferred) : Familiarity with R and SQL for leveraging tools like Snowflake and writing Tableau calculations. Self-Starter : ability to perform standard and anticipated tasks without direct prompting. Strong Communicator : Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint. Problem Solver : Creative, intuitive, and eager to explore solutions.
