We are seeking a motivated Integrated Product Support (IPS) Analyst to join our team in support of U.S. Navy system acquisition and sustainment programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of defense logistics, lifecycle sustainment strategies, and Navy operational environments to ensure system readiness and mission success. This role is critical in shaping supportability, cost-efficiency, and maintainability across the program lifecycle-from concept development to fleet sustainment. This position is based in our Tucson, AZ office and is an exempt full-time role. Key Responsibilities: Assess supportability contractual requirements to efficiently process data within scope and timeline. Develop and execute Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategies in accordance with DoD and Navy policies. Perform Product Support Analysis (PSA) and Logistics Supportability Analysis (LSA) tasks, including maintenance task analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), sparing analysis, and provisioning. Support development and management of logistics product data (LPD) in compliance with SAE GEIA-STD-0007 or equivalent standards. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and configuration management teams to ensure logistics elements align with system design. Generate and maintain technical logistics documentation (e.g., LSA records, IPBs, TMs, training materials). Document and analyze failures and FRACAS data to identify trends and opportunities for reliability improvements. Gather and analyze system Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) data to support sustainment planning and performance metrics. Oversee or support development of Navy-compliant training, support equipment, facilities requirements, and supply support packages. Interface with Navy stakeholders, including NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP , and Fleet support units, to address operational requirements and logistics readiness. Utilize Navy and DoD logistics systems (e.g., NALCOMIS, R-Supply, NavyERP) to evaluate supply chain performance and readiness metrics. Strong understanding of DoDI5000.02T , SECNAVINST5000.2 , and Defense Acquisition Lifecycle . Experience with Navy Integrated Logistics Support Elements and maritime sustainment constraints. Proficiency in managing logistics data in LSA/ILS tools such as Compass, PowerLog-J2, SLICwave, Windchill, or equivalent. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and system configurations for supportability assessment. Excellent communication and technical writing skills. U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DoD security clearance. Nice to Have: Experience with MIL-HDBK-502, MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007, S3000L, or similar products support analysis and planning standards. Experience with MIL-STD-40051, S1000D, or similar technical documentation standards. Familiarity with Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) operations or Navy shipboard logistics. DAWIA certification in Life Cycle Logistics (or equivalent). Prior military service or civilian experience supporting maintenance planning and product support. The salary range for this role is $95k to $135k; however, Areté considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the position and responsibilities, candidate's experience, education, and key skills.
