The Territory Manager will be required to demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing territory business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives. Responsibilities include coordination and integration with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to effectively drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography. : Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience Strong communication skills and business acumen Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver results Valid drivers license Preferred
: 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience 3+ years medical dermatology sales experience Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment Experience promoting high-science products Product launch experience Experience selling in a highly competitive environment PERSONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company. Tact, diplomacy, and a high level of professionalism are essential. The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $94k to $ 136k. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of IC Commission Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
