Salary Range: $96,000 - $125,000* Role Overview As a Strategic Sourcing Manager in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, you’ll be responsible for developing and leading strategic sourcing events, negotiating contracts, and analyzing spend across indirect categories. You will create sourcing strategies that impact bottom-line results, foster relationships, and educate stakeholders on procurement policies. You will report to a
Director of Strategic Sourcing . Key Responsibilities Lead indirect sourcing initiatives for Supply Chain/Operations Products & Services, driving improvements and achieving savings targets. Conduct cost modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate trade-offs. Assist with analysis and planning for indirect spend categories to ensure operational success. Utilize sourcing tools to enhance procurement processes and policies. Develop relationships with stakeholders and provide project updates. Collaborate with functions like Finance, Legal, etc., on sourcing projects. Review, revise, and negotiate contract language. Manage strategic contract renewals. Engage in supplier relationship management activities. Own projects and ensure their completion to impact departmental goals. Qualifications BS/BA in supply chain management, engineering, or business. 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing, especially in Supply Chain/Distribution, Packaging, Facilities, etc. Experience leading sourcing projects, negotiations, and driving savings. Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. Experience coordinating teams and challenging stakeholders. Knowledge of strategic sourcing processes and tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing facilities services, restaurant, and call center operations. Experience in the luxury retail market. Benefits & Culture Career advancement opportunities.
