Job Summary: Estimate, design, and manage installations of large-scale complex Access Control and CCTV infrastructure linked to live operators in a monitoring station. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Successful candidates must have a proven track record of analyzing, prioritizing, delegating, controlling workflow, and managing projects. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design systems and improve existing processes Create quotations, installation drawings, and work orders Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance Audit installations Negotiate with sub-trades on scope of work Manage and supervise staff and subcontractors with strict expectations Resource planning and management Develop resources effective in executing tasks Coordinate commissioning with staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure scope completion Maintain a "get-it-done-right and on-time" attitude Influence and motivate staff through open communication Mentor, encourage, and build teams in a teamwork environment Location: Texas with willingness to travel to North American sites. This role will require background checks (including references, educational verification, criminal check, credit check where applicable). Certain roles may also require testing. Seniority level
