What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects for all disciplines
Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related inquiries within the project team
Participate in the development and testing of IMEG-specific tools and procedures
Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and file archival between disciplines
Identify and lead training needs for BIM/Virtual Design tools and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 14 years of experience in a relevant field; 16 years preferred
Strong knowledge of Revit with emphasis on project setup and model management
Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Demonstrated leadership experience within Virtual Design
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles in technical plans and models
Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues independently
