Ensure program requirements and schedules are met, manage and supervise team members, and coordinate with customer points-of-contact as the primary focal point for the team and contract. Responsibilities
Manage and supervise team members, including task assignment, performance management, and coaching. Ensure all contract requirements are met, including deliverables and deadlines. Provide program management support, including meetings, scheduling, and tracking. Support the ERR process with engineering expertise, including Part I, II, and III activities. Create and analyze maintenance tasks, document findings, and complete activities by due dates. Update technical data, drawings, systems, and databases as required. Support formal reviews with agendas, scheduling, briefings, minutes, and action items. Support annual requirements reviews, technical analyses, system baselines, audits, OSS&E requirements, and engineering studies. Identify and evaluate performance issues requiring configuration or procedural changes. Support Program Management Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, and report submissions. Complete additional ERR support tasks as assigned. Develop plans, reports, studies, processes, and procedures as needed. Requirements
Minimum 10 years of related experience. ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Secret security clearance. Skills & Certifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other standard tools. Sitting for long periods, extended keyboard and monitor use. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
