The
Client Delivery Lead
manages a tech domain (billing, finance, communications) for client projects, working closely with Kraken’s teams and clients to deliver results. You should understand Kraken’s operations, refine solutions, and support client adaptation to our development style, collaborating with product managers and developers. Responsibilities include: Managing relationships with client counterparts Serving as the first contact for tech development and issue resolution Understanding Kraken’s platform and delivery processes Triaging requests and communicating priorities Articulating client needs for platform development Supporting engineering to deliver features Challenging clients to innovate and iterate This is a hands-on, individual contributor role based in North America, with travel required.
