To support this transformation, weve created a new, rapidly growing Direct Supply Chain organization, and are seeking an experienced, passionate professional to help guide our path forward. You will operate at the intersection of Strategy, Operations, and Project Management as we implement our Direct Supply Chain strategy across 11 Divisions. This role is within a start-up function in our organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager for a challenge, aiming to redefine organizational and industry practices, working with a strong, experienced, newly formed team. To succeed, an Associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. 2-4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Operations, Supply Chain, or related start-up environment. Versatile generalist, preferably with 1+ years at a top-tier consulting firm; supply chain experience is a bonus. Dedicated, proactive, and ownership-driven. Excellent at synthesizing information, recognizing key themes, and communicating clearly and simply. Skilled at solving problems with limited information, managing multiple initiatives, and being hands-on. Agile thinker capable of pivoting, unblocking challenges, and guiding others through change. Exceptional communication skills across written, spoken, and visual formats, with experience structuring impactful messages for leadership. Strong analytical and modeling skills, proficient with Excel. Confident in researching and applying best practices in your field. Organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. Ability to recognize patterns and identify opportunities using qualitative and quantitative data. Capable of creating frameworks to diagnose problems and facilitate discussions. K.
