is an architecture and consulting firm specializing in design, building forensics, and restoration across residential, commercial, educational, and industrial sectors. We are seeking a candidate with leadership potential to manage projects under the guidance of Senior Architects/Engineers. The role includes technical design, detailing, and specification for restoration, FISP, and selective design projects, while exercising independent judgment with support on complex issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within budget and scope, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders. As a tech-driven firm of 18 professionals, we leverage drones, laser scanning, and BIM to enhance precision, creativity, and innovation, ensuring exceptional results that balance modern design with historical integrity. Responsibilities

Communicate with the clients to clearly define the scope of work and budget. Develop complete construction documents including drawings, sketches, and specifications. Travel to job sites to collect and prepare data for evaluation, review construction work quality and progress, conduct pre-bid meetings and lead construction progress meetings. Review of contractor submittals and respond to contractor Requests for Information. Communicate via phone, email, and sketches to clarify design intent with Contractors. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining good client relationships. Manage and provide construction administration and oversight including responding to RFI's, preparing sketches and addendums (CCD's), visiting construction sites to gather information, and/or preparing punch lists. Track the construction schedule and budget. Resolve issues that are discovered in the field. Apply sound and diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices in a broad array of assignments. Provide technical development of various project types, façade restoration, exterior rehabilitation, historic preservation, forensic investigation, and interior alterations, etc. Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments. Execute projects independently and with a small group of employees. Actively participate in a team environment. A Project Manager can expect to be “in the field” between 25% - 75% of their time during any given week. Qualifications

Must have 3-5 years of field experience with historic preservation, restoration, and building envelope projects. Must have a bachelor’s or master's degree in Architecture/ Engineering.
