Transportation Geotechnical Business Class Leader . This role involves leading HDR's geotechnical practice, promoting technical excellence, supporting project delivery, and fostering strategic growth within the geotechnical community, especially across the south-east US (FL, AL, MS, TN, SC). Key responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating geotechnical staff to meet client needs and market demands Engaging in project approach reviews and resource planning for deep foundation design and construction Mentoring and managing geotechnical personnel Promoting innovative geotechnical practices and risk mitigation strategies Participating in strategic planning and quality assurance activities Serving as project manager or task lead for geotechnical projects Developing marketing strategies, proposals, and representing HDR to clients Collaborating with HDR's geotechnical community to align strategies and training programs Qualifications include a PE registration (or ability to obtain within 6 months) in AL, FL, MS, SC, and TN, extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, and a proven track record in project leadership and technical expertise.
