Collaborates with team to understand where challenges are
Develops multiple project/programs plans that include milestones, tasks and resource assignments
Interprets metrics and recommends appropriate actions
Pro-actively identifies options and/or additional opportunities or actions needed to meet objectives
Tailors communication to audience, conveying appropriate sense of urgency and relevant information " Uses an understanding of the organization's processes, systems and policies to facilitate successful outcomes
Solicits feedback from others in and outside of the team
