Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced

Project Manager

to join our team and lead the implementation of supplier programmes for clients. This role focuses on delivering client requirements and executing the Statement of Work (SOW) within agreed project timelines and budgets. Experience in

delivering enterprise projects involving external parties

is required, with a focus on projects that have immediate revenue impact. This is a hybrid role based in our Irvine, California office, with occasional travel within the US & Canada to meet with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various communication channels, including site visits, calls, and emails. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and methodologies. Establish and uphold project plans and governance structures to ensure key deliverables and milestones are met. Lead regular project calls with clients to track progress against plans. Conduct weekly internal meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on active projects. Manage the programme through an effective governance structure, revising as needed. Identify and resolve issues within the project team. Manage project dependencies and critical paths. Develop and deliver reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Ideal candidates will have a recognized qualification and/or significant experience with project management tools and methodologies, including MS Project. You should be adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients. Requirements include a degree or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and macros), and knowledge of current Internet technologies, API integrations, and databases. Experience working with Procurement is a plus.
